Preeti is the CEO and founder of Upshot, and focuses her efforts on proving the difference non profits make to people’s lives and communities through data, impact measurement and evaluation. Outside of her day job, Preeti is a Director of Brentford Football Club, the Vice Chair of Street Child United, a Director of London Sport Trading and sits on Women in Football’s Board committee.
Matt co-founded sports marketing agency Two Circles until 2020. His second book, ‘All to Play For’ was shortlisted for the Sunday Times Sports Book Awards in 2022.
Matt is a Non-Executive Director of UK Sports Institute, a Major Events Panel Member at UK Sport and a Strategic Advisor to several international businesses both inside and outside sport.
Maggie is the CEO of Lewes FC, a community-owned football club and the world’s first to distribute revenue equally between its male and female teams. Maggie was elected to the FA Women’s Super League and Women’s Championship Board in July 2021. She made the 2023 BBC Women’s Hour “Power List” of the thirty most influential women in sport in the UK and was named a ‘BBC Expert Woman’ in 2017.
Leon Mann is a London-based entrepreneur, filmmaker, and activist. He’s known for co-founding the Football Black List, creating the Black Collective of Media in Sport, and being a founding member of the Sports People’s Think Tank. Leon received an MBE for his contributions to Sport and Diversity in the Media.
Kat, an award-winning human rights lawyer with 20+ years of experience, leads Athlead, a consultancy supporting human rights in sports.
In 2022, she received the Integrity & Impact Award at the Sport Industry Awards for her role in evacuating the Afghan women’s national football team.
With 20 years of industry experience, Fiona is a sustainability advocate at SailGP’s Impact League. She’s a recognized expert in social impact strategy, known for leading Sky Ocean Rescue.
Fiona is proud to be an Ambassador for Meaningful Business, an advisory board member at 17 Sport and a Non-Executive Board Member of the Manchester Originals a team in the new Hundred tournament shaking up and growing the game of cricket.
