TNT Sports will provide UK coverage of international cricket played in India for the next five years after a new broadcast agreement was confirmed.
The deal between Warner Bros. Discovery, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Pitch International has been signed a week prior to India vs England in the first test of the latest series.
England’s five-Test tour of India, starting on Thursday 25th January, will be broadcast live on TNT Sports and its streaming platform discovery+.
As per the deal, TNT Sports will continue to show exclusive live coverage of every red-ball and white-ball international series played in India for the next five years.
The last time England visited India for test cricket came in February-March 2021 where the hosts secured a 3-1 series win. England claimed a Test series victory in India in 2012/13 where they came away with an historic 2-1 series win.
