For the first time ever, the SIG team will be heading to the North West for the annual Meet The Categories event, an opportunity to benefit from top tips and tricks on how to win at the FEVO Sport Industry Awards 2024.
With new categories, adjusted criteria, and entries now open, we are ensuring the whole industry gets the chance to preview this year’s process, with the biggest night in the sport industry calendar returning on Thursday 25th April 2024.
In addition to meet-up at the SIG offices in Holborn, Meet The Categories will also run the following day at the Ear To The Ground offices in central Manchester on Thursday 12th October 2023.
As well as uncovering valuable advice on how to submit a winning entry for the FEVO Sport Industry Awards, it is also a great chance for the SIG team to meet the thriving sport industry outside of London.
To further encourage organisations within the sport industry to behave in a responsible and sustainable way, this year all entrants are expected to describe the environmental impact of their activities. For the first time ever, questions relating to sustainability and social impact are included with the entry form and will be one of the criteria considered by the judges. As such, how to answer the sustainability questions will form a key part of discussions.
We will also take the time to delve into this year’s three new categories: Sport Team of the Year, Professional Services Team of the Year, and Specialist Agency of the Year.
