Darts News Sponsorship

British darts star Luke Littler has announced a multi-year partnership with Target Darts.

The 2024 World Darts Championship runner-up, who graduated from the Target Darts’ Elite1 talent pathway programme, has now signed his first professional with the organisation.

Target Darts, a manufacturer of darts equipment, adds Littler to its roster of darts players that currently includes Rob Cross, Nathan Aspinall, Stephen Bunting, Raymond van Barneveld and 16 times World Champion Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor.

As part of the deal, Target Darts has released a new range of ‘The Nuke’ products, referring to Littler’s nickname, Luke ‘The Nuke’ Littler. The product range includes a dart, playing shirt, darts wallet and brass.

Littler, commented, “It’s a really special moment to be signing a long-term deal with Target Darts. They have supported me through the Elite1 program since I was 12, and I look forward to continuing this great relationship into the future.

With Target I have access to the best gear in darts, such as the K-Flex flights I’ve used since I got them in my goody bag at the Target launch! The support and attention to detail Target provide has been massive in helping to evolve my game.

“I’m delighted that together we are launching the new range of The Nuke products offering something for players of all abilities. The last few months have been a whirlwind, but one of the best things has been hearing how many new people are taking up darts and I really hope these products will help inspire the next generation of players.”

Target Darts Chairman, Garry Plummer, added, “We believe that the best players in the world deserve the best darts in the world and we are honoured that Luke has put his trust in us and committed to a multi-year deal with Target.

“We pride ourselves on our ability to find and nurture the very best young talent. Luke is now a shining example to all the players in our Elite1 program, and young people in general, of what can be achieved with hard work and the right team by your side.

“We are excited to continue our great partnership and to help Luke bring home many more titles in the years to come.”
